Take notice that on Thursday, the 5th day of July 2001, an application for the winding up of Carterton Car Sales Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 13th day of August 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is M.M.M. Holdings Limited (trading as ANZA Motor Company), whose address for service is at the offices of Wadham Goodman, Solicitors, 192 Broadway Avenue (P.O. Box 345), Palmerston North.
