Take notice that on the 14th day of June 2001, an application for putting Simex Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Greymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Greymouth on the 7th day of August 2001 at 11.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is BOC Gases New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Receivables Management (NZ) Limited, Sixth Floor, 77 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
