Take notice that on the 12th day of July 2001, an
application for putting Pacific Air Conditioning Limited (in receivership) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 6th day of September 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Ideal Insulation Limited and
Eva-Moore Sheetmetals & Installations Limited, whose address for service is Miller Bradley, Barristers & Solicitors, 321 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland (Attention:
