Take notice that on the 19th day of June 2001, an application for putting Hughes Contracting Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 20th day of August 2001 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Landtec Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of East Brewster, 1256 Arawa Street (P.O. Box 1742 or D.X. J.P. 30-017), Rotorua.
