Take notice that on the 20th day of June 2001, an application for putting J S Engineering Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 9th day of August 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Steelmasters Auckland Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of the applicant's solicitor, Brookfields, Lawyers, Eleventh Floor, 19 Victoria Street West, Auckland 1.
