Take notice that on the 25th day of June 2001,
an application for putting Speciality Merchandise Corporation Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 6th day of August 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are John Maclean Keats and Brenda Rosalie Keats, whose address for service is at the offices of McCaw Lewis Chapman, Solicitors, Fourth Floor, McCaw Lewis Centre, 312 Victoria Street (P.O. Box 19-221 or
