Take notice that on the 31st day of May 2001, an application to put Superway New Zealand Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of August 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Infront Consultants Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Copeland Fitzpatrick, 7 Princes Street, Otahuhu, Auckland.
