In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between Accident Compensation Corporation, of Wellington-Plaintiff:
And-Rainbow Abalone Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Taupo-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 27th day of June 2001, an application for putting Rainbow Abalone Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 20th day of August 2001 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Accident Compensation Corporation, whose address for service is at the offices of Wrigley Law, Solicitor, 197 Marine Parade, Napier.
Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the plaintiff or the plaintiff's solicitor.
