Take notice that on the 17th day of October 2001, an application for putting Merlin's Toy Wonderworld Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on Thursday, the 15th day of February 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Cameron Air & Seafreight Limited, whose address for service is at Macfarlane Dougall Stringer, Level One, Langwood House, 90 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
