Take notice that on the 20th day of June 2001, an application for the liquidation of ANZU Restaurant & Bar Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 2nd day of August 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is DB Breweries Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of its solicitor, Norris Ward McKinnon, Lawyers, Seventh Floor, WEL Energy House, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Private Bag 3098, Hamilton; or
(b) left for the solicitor at the document exchange for direction to D.X. G.P. 20-022, Hamilton.
