Take notice that on Thursday, the 21st day of June 2001, an application for putting Photo Team 2000 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 6th day of August 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Wrightson Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Maude & Miller, McDonalds Building, Cobham Court Street (P.O. Box 50-555 or
D.X. S.P. 32-505), Porirua City.
