Take notice that on the 13th day of June 2001, an application for putting Far North Afforestation (NZ) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 2nd day of August 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are Elders Merchandise Limited and Elders Card Limited, both of whose address for
service is at the offices of Stace Hammond, Solicitors, Stace Hammond House, 3 Caro Street, Hamilton.
Further particulars of the application, including a copy of the statement of claim and verifying affidavit, may be obtained from the office of the Court from the applicants or the applicants' solicitor.
