into Liquidation
Take notice that on the 24th day of May 2001, an application to put Cellufone Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland and transferred to Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 6th day of August 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Caldwell & Levesque Electrical Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Barratt-Boyes Law Practice, 532 Parnell Road, Auckland.
