Take notice that on the 26th day of July 2001, an application for putting Chrimale Marlborough Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Blenheim.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Blenheim on Monday, the 10th day of September 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Kodak New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Cairns Slane, Barristers & Solicitors, P.O. Box 6849, Auckland.
