Take notice that on the 16th day of May 2001, an application for putting Chelsea Enterprises Limited (formerly known as Southside Investments Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 19th day of July 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Gerard James Hulst (as liquidator of Chelsea Close Limited (in liquidation)), whose address
for service is at the offices of Lowndes Associates, Level Five, 18 Shortland Street, Auckland.
Any documents may be served on the plaintiff at that address or:
(a) posted to Lowndes Associates at P.O. Box 7311, Auckland; or
(b) transmitted to Lowndes Associates by facsimile on (09) 373 3423.
