Take notice that on the 19th day of June 2001, an application for putting Pauanui Lake Resort Limited (formerly Mac's Charters Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 6th day of August 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
