Take notice that on Friday, the 8th day of December 2000, an application for putting S P Solutions Limited (formerly Specpak Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 1st day of March 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Field International Limited, Ace Pet Limited and TCL Marketing Limited, whose address for service is McVeagh Fleming Kennedy Tudehope, Lawyers, Level Fifteen, 155 Queen Street, Auckland.
