Take notice that on the 16th day of November 2000, an order for substitution made by the Court in respect of an application for putting Countrywide Movers (Auckland) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 1st day of February 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is NZ Cashflow Services Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Accounts Enforcement Limited, Ground Floor, 31-33 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
