Take notice that on the 9th day of November 2000, an application for putting TukTuk Enterprises Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, the 2nd day of February 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Telecom New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Craig Griffin & Lord, Solicitors, 187 Mt Eden Road, Mt Eden (P.O. Box 9049 or D.X. C.P. 31-003, Newmarket), Auckland.
