Take notice that on the 11th day of June 2001, an application for putting into liquidation Thompson
& Black Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on the 2nd day of August 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne (as the statutory managers of IMI Pacific Group Limited (in statutory management)), whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Clarendon Towers, corner of Worcester Boulevard and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
