Take notice that on the 27th day of April 2001, an application for putting Stewart Stainless Services
Te Aroha Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 9th day of July 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is BOC Gases New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Receivables Management (NZ) Limited, Sixth Floor, 77 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
