Take notice that on the 14th day of June 2001, an application for putting into liquidation Noah's Choice Veterinary Hospital Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 2nd day of August 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Chemstock Animal Health Limited, whose address for service is at the office of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Clarendon Towers, corner of Worcester Boulevard and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
