Take notice that on the 13th day of June 2001, an application for putting Simplastix Innovations Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 9th day of August 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
