Take notice that on the 7th day of June 2001, an application for the appointment of a liquidator and for putting Java Joe's Espresso Co Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Napier.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Napier on Thursday, the 26th day of July 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Spectrum International Limited
(in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Seventeen, State Insurance Tower, 1 Willis Street, Wellington (Attention: Georgina Thomas).
Documents for service on the applicant may be left at that address for service or may be:
