And-Wellex Industries Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 17 Constance Street, New Plymouth-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 31st day of May 2001, an application for putting Wellex Industries Limited, of 17 Constance Street, New Plymouth, into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
New Plymouth on Friday, the 27th day of July 2001 at 2.15 p.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Cranes Incorporated Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of French Burt Partners, Solicitors, Helmsdale Chambers, 110 Don Street, Invercargill.
