Take notice that on the 18th day of April 2001, an application for putting E-Force Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 19th day of July 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Stephen Graham Pike, Michael James Densem, Joseph James Kearns and Garry Ian Bond, whose address for service is at the offices of Lane Neave, solicitors for the above-named plaintiffs, Level Fifteen,
