Take notice that on the 11th day of April 2001, an application to put Karangahape Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on the 9th day of July 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Coin Cascade Limited, whose address for service is Geddes & Maciaszek, Solicitors, Level Three, BNZ Building, 137 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
