Take notice that on the 24th day of May 2001, an application for putting Kiwi Foundation Systems Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 19th day of July 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
