Take notice that on the 29th day of May 2001, an application for putting Kisbee Lodge Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on the 11th day of July 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Simpson Grierson, Solicitors, Simpson Grierson Building, Level Seventeen, 92-96 Albert Street, Auckland.
