Take notice that on the 1st day of June 2001, an application for putting Myra Limited (formerly Affordable Office Furniture Limited), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 13 Merton Street, Trentham, Wellington, into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 9th day of July 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
