Take notice that on the 30th day of May 2001, an application for putting TSG Limited (formerly known as The Sun Garden Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 19th day of July 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance in the High Court at Auckland not later than the second working day before that day.
