Take notice that on the 11th day of May 2001, an application for the liquidation of Yippee Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 28th day of June 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Xakeila Holdings Limited and Orizaba Holdings Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Phillips Fox, Solicitors, Twenty-second Floor, Phillips Fox Tower, 209 Queen Street, Auckland.
