Take notice that on the 30th day of April 2001, an application for putting Auckland Concrete Driveways Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 28th day of June 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
