Take notice that on the 30th day of October 2000, an application for putting High City Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 18th day of January 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Tasman Liquor Company Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of the firm of Skeates Simpson Dowsett of 1280 Dominion Road,
Mt Roskill, Auckland 4.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) Posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 27-240,
Auckland; or
(b) Left for the solicitor at the document exchange for direction to D.X. C.P. 39-001; or
(c) Transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (09) 620 8152.
