Take notice that on the 27th day of November 2000, an application for putting into liquidation Art Recyclers (NZ) Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 12th day of February 2001 at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is offices of the Inland Revenue Department, Claudelands Road, Hamilton.
Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the plaintiff or the plaintiff's solicitor.
