Take notice that on the 11th day of May 2001, an application for putting Watkins Company Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 18th day of June 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is David Ross Petterson, chartered accountant of Wellington, whose address for service is at the offices of KPMG Legal, Level Four, 89 The Terrace, Wellington.
