Take notice that on the 9th day of May 2001, an application for putting into liquidation Settlers (1993) Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 5th day of June 2001 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are Deborah Victoria Ludlow Cox, Erica Jane Ludlow De Court Ondewater, Hilton Paul Ludlow Smith and John Huntsbury Midgely, whose address
for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
