Take notice that on the 9th day of April 2001, an application to put City Viaduct Café Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 7th day of June 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Waterfront Retail Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, solicitor for the above-named plaintiff, Level Twenty-two, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1 (Counsel Acting: R. G. Simpson).
