Take notice that on the 26th day of February 2001, an application for the winding up of Colourworx Paint and Panel Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 18th day of June 2001 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are Ian Bernard Donald Bunyan, Jacquline Coral Bunyan, Dion Bainbridge and Tracey Bainbridge, whose address for service is care of O'Sullivan Clemens, Solicitors, 1181 Arawa Street (P.O. Box 646), Rotorua.
