Take notice that on the 8th day of May 2001, an application for putting One Up Childrenswear Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Tuesday, the 5th day of June 2001 at
10.45 o'clock in the forenoon.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
