Take notice that on the 2nd day of May 2001, an application for the winding up of Staglands Properties Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on the 28th day of June 2001 at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Official Assignee in bankruptcy of the property of Noel Barry Ford, whose address for service is at the offices of Downie Stewart, Eighth Floor, John Wickliffe House, 265 Princes Street, Dunedin.
