Take notice that on the 23rd day of April 2001, an application for putting into liquidation S & C Vidovich Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 12th day of July 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Gasoline Alley Services Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Fitzherbert Rowe Lawyers, Seventh Floor, State Insurance Building, 61-75 Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North.
