Take notice that on the 10th day of April 2001, an application for putting into liquidation Zambias Holdings Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 31st day of May 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Dominion Constructors Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Hesketh Henry, Lawyers, Level Ten, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland 1.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Private Bag 92-093, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitor at the document exchange for direction to D.X. C.P. 24-017, Auckland; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (09) 375 8771.
