And-Fore World Milling Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 26th day of April 2001, an application for putting Fore World Milling Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 7th day of June 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Ruahine Timber Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Scannell Wrigley & Co, Solicitors, 122 Queen Street East, Hastings.
