Take notice that on Wednesday, the 16th day of February 2001, an application for putting Superior Vending Co (New Zealand) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 11th day of June 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Superior Vending Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Stewart Germann Law Office, Ground Floor, Princes Court, 2 Princes Street, Auckland.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 1542, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitor at the document exchange for direction to D.X. C.P. 20-531, Auckland; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (09) 308 9922.
