Take notice that on the 24th day of April 2001, an application for putting Norfolk Views Trustees Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 14th day of June 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Harts Contributory Mortgagors Nominee Company Limited (formerly known as Reeves Moses Hudig Mortgage Nominee Company Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of KPMG Legal, Solicitors, 22 Fanshawe Street, Auckland.
