Take notice that on the 30th day of April 2001, an application for putting K Drive Pool & Spa Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 5th day of June 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff company is Cambro Industries Limited, whose address for service is care of Harry E. Blank, Barrister and Solicitor, corner of Harris and Allens Road, East Tamaki, Auckland.
