Take notice that on the 3rd day of April 2001, an application for putting Down 2 Earth Bobcat Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 17th day of May 2001 at 10.45 a.m.

that day.
