Take notice that on the 23rd day of March 2001, an application for putting Kelman Square Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 21st day of May 2001 at 9.30 a.m.

that day.
