Take notice that on the 23rd day of March 2001, an application for the liquidation of Le Powell Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The respondent Le Powell Limited was served with a copy of these proceedings on the 29th day of March 2001.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 21st day of May 2001 at 11.35 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
